What CELIANUM stands for

We are a highly entrepreneurial private equity firm that initiates co-investments throughout Europe in the small and mid-cap sector on a deal-by-deal basis, identifies targets with significant value enhancement potential, brings together suitable additional investors, and actively implements value enhancement. In addition, almost all services in this context are offered, provided that they are not subject to approval

Our working method is based on a combination of entrepreneurial attitude, extensive operational experience in value enhancement, methodical and financial excellence, and many years of private equity expertise
It is based on a ruthless (find better wording) analysis and the derivation of fields of action (find better wording), the creation of well-founded, implementable value enhancement concepts, the development of concrete measures and the subsequent actively supported or self-performed implementation.
The planning and implementation phase is accompanied by integrated business planning, active and continuous cash flow management and controlling of the important KPIs.
With us, there are no theoretical concepts from PE managers or consultants who have often never worked operationally themselves and therefore bore no corresponding responsibility, as well as no unrealistic business plans that ultimately lead to highly incentivized CEOs and CFOs being replaced in a continuous process and investors being disappointed because the business plans and the planned value increases are not achieved.

We were and are entrepreneurial managing directors with full responsibility for our actions and the implementation of value enhancement, but with methodically sound know-how as former consultants. Why do we work this way? Because we have experience doing it consciously differently and can do it too
