We support shareholders and investors in identifying and implementing value enhancement potentials in investments with strong industry and implementation expertise and a clear focus on cash flow. We work as equals and support private equity GPs holistically or in a targeted manner, depending on the fund structure. Co-investments are possible.
Management Consulting and Support
We support managing directors and executive boards in increasing performance and implementing transformations – hands-on, with industry expertise and a focus on results, working capital and cash flow. We identify growth and efficiency levers and, if desired, also temporarily assume responsibility, e.g. as CRO. We support restructurings/reorganizations including IBR as well as reports according to IDW S6, S9 and S11. We are also available as a sparring partner for acquisitions, planning and investments.
